i have to disagree, for one land aquisition is likely a large part of other monorails costs and disney avoids that, also while busses are cheaper to buy staffing so many busses is incredibly pricey making monorail or better yet a new automated light metro the better option.

I was at my local park and there were some 🦇 houses hanging in the trees. I hear 🦇 can eat mosquitoes so Disney may have some of those as well- just like they use cats for the rodents. Maybe Disney has some of those too and use them like they can use feral cats to keep the pesky mice at bay.

At Mickey's Toontown in Disneyland, inside Mickey's House is a radio set to the local station W.A.C.K.Y. At random intervals, the station broadcasts a news report on a baseball game presumably between Toontown and Mudville, as it mentions the Mighty Casey striking out again, while Donald Duck scores the winning run (Donald apparently hit the baseball so hard that he gave it two black eyes).

Great piece of Tampa history ! Going back in the late 1940s, Super Test had sponsored a husband-wife team, Daisy Mae & Old Brother Charlie, who along with their band provided country music every morning on WDAE radio. Later, after the team had divorced, Super-Test continued to sponsor Daisy Mae on WHBO into the mid-1960s. Meanwhile, Super-Test had expanded into the deep South, and as late as the 1970s had a gas station operating in Mount Vernon, KY, right outside of country music park Renfro Valley (where Daisy Mae & Charlie had once worked). The gas stations in the Tampa area were later sold to Eastern Oil and Quik-Pep, who continued to sponsor Daisy Mae for awhile. Again, thanks much for posting this interesting video !
